1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QSI ("Quantum Synthetic Intelligence"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QSI (operated by Quantum Synthetic Intelligence Private Limited), governing your use of QSI.

2. Service Description

QSI is a Synthetic Intelligence (SI) platform, made in India for the world, with six specialist agents that can also work together as a swarm:

• Alpha Core (α) — code, debugging and system architecture
• Beta Mind (β) — research, reasoning and analysis
• Gamma Link (γ) — live web search and sources
• Delta Shield (δ) — fact-checking, safety and error correction
• Epsilon Flow (ε) — writing and synthesis
• Zeta Grid (ζ) — task mapping and planning

Logged-in members can also ask QSI to make pictures from a written description, in the chat or in Picture mode, and to change a photo they add (see section 4A).

Logged-in members can also use Coder mode to write, fix and explain code with Alpha Core, and anyone can run code examples from answers on their own device (see section 4B).

While QSI offers it, QSI Pro members can also try Agent mode in Coder mode, a preview for a limited time, in which Alpha Core changes, runs and fixes the code in a chat by itself (see section 4B).

Logged-in members can also turn on Memory, so QSI remembers short notes about them in later chats, and anyone can use a Temporary chat that isn’t saved (see section 4C).

Logged-in members in India can also chat and talk with Companions, AI characters made by QSI (see section 4D).

QSI's answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information yourself, and get advice from a qualified professional for health, legal or money decisions.

QSI's features use third-party AI models. Synthetic content made with QSI must be labelled, may not be used unlawfully, and misuse can lead to account termination and reporting to authorities.

3. User Accounts

You can use QSI without an account. If you choose to log in, you are responsible for:

• Keeping access to your email account and login secure
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information when you log in
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QSI for:

• Any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Generating content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Creating malware or other harmful code, or anything else listed under "What Coder mode won't do" in section 4B
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spamming, phishing, or social engineering
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Making or editing, or trying to make or edit, pictures that break the rules in section 4A

4A. Making Pictures and Editing Photos

Logged-in members can ask QSI to make a picture from a written description, by asking for it in the chat or in Picture mode, and can add one photo and ask QSI to change it (a “photo edit”; for now real camera photos only). This section applies on top of the rest of these terms.

Who can make pictures, and how many

• Only logged-in members who are 18 or older. When you log in, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Guests are asked to log in.
• Each member can make up to 10 pictures a day (QSI Pro members more, on their Pro boost: see section 5). A photo edit counts as one of them: free members can make 1 photo edit a day, and QSI Pro members up to 5 photo edits a day. The limit resets at 5:30 AM IST (see our Pricing page). Requests that are refused, and pictures that can't be made, don't count towards it.
• To prevent abuse and control costs, we also limit how many picture requests you can send in a day (refused ones included), how many pictures can be made from one network, how many pictures QSI makes for everyone together (at most 300 a day, of which at most 100 photo edits) and how much QSI spends on pictures each month. When a limit is reached, pictures pause until it resets.
• In the chat, QSI makes a picture only when your message clearly asks for one, or clearly asks for a change to a photo you added; other messages get a normal answer. If QSI isn't sure, it may answer normally or ask you a question, and you can ask again more clearly or use Picture mode.
• Pictures and photo edits are made for QSI by third-party AI providers. QSI checks every request, and every photo you add, first and may refuse any request. Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent where and what we keep.
• We may change, pause or stop picture making at any time.

What you must not ask for

Do not make, or try to make, pictures that show or contain:

• a real or recognisable person, whether named or described (for example "the PM", "India's cricket captain" or "my neighbour"), including look-alikes, caricatures, face swaps and deepfakes
• anyone who is, or looks, under 18, in any situation
• the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, even in awareness or prevention posters (to report abuse or get help, call Childline on 1098 or use cybercrime.gov.in)
• nudity, or sexual or suggestive content of anyone, such as lingerie, underwear, or see-through or revealing clothes or swimwear (ordinary swimwear or beachwear on adults, in an everyday scene, is not counted as suggestive)
• politicians, political parties or their symbols, election or campaign material, or voting
• anything that could pass as a real document or record, such as ID cards (Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, passport, driving licence), certificates, mark sheets, letterheads, tickets, receipts, bills, bank statements, stamps, seals, signatures, the State Emblem of India, currency notes or cheques
• fake news or fake evidence, such as news-photo, CCTV, bodycam, dashcam or "leaked" styles, or real places and events shown as if something happened that did not
• weapons, explosives or drugs shown in a way that teaches how to make, get or use them
• gore, torture, cruelty, suicide or self-harm
• hate, or content that insults or demeans any religion, caste, community, gender, nationality or disability
• real brands, logos or characters owned by others, or anyone's private details such as phone numbers or addresses
• anything else that is unlawful in India

Do not try to get around these rules or QSI's checks, for example with code words, misspellings or a series of small changes.

Editing your photos

• Logged-in members can add a photo in the chat and ask QSI to change it (describe the change in under 400 characters). For now QSI edits real camera photos only: a photo taken with a phone or camera, or a scan of a printed photo. It doesn’t edit drawings, cartoons, paintings, 3D or AI-made pictures (including pictures QSI made or edited), screenshots, memes or documents, or a photo of one of these on paper or a screen. If the way photo edits work has changed since the version of our Privacy Policy you agreed to, QSI asks you to accept the current one before your next photo edit.
• You can ask for a new background, better light or colours, a restored, repaired or cropped photo, an art style (for example a painting, sketch, cartoon or Ghibli-like look), and beauty touch-ups for adults (for example smoother skin, removing spots, blemishes or red-eye, a brighter face, whiter teeth, light make-up or tidier hair). A slimmer, fitter or more muscular look is only for you yourself, on a photo that shows only you.
• Only add photos you took or have the right to use, and only with the agreement of everyone recognisable in them. You confirm this each time you add a photo.
• QSI doesn't edit photos that show anyone who is, or may be, under 18 (it also refuses when the photo or your request suggests a child, for example a school uniform, toys, or words such as "baby", "kid", "beta" or "beti", and when a request states someone's age or says they are an adult), doesn't add children to photos or make anyone look under 18, and doesn't make swimwear, underwear or body edits for anyone described as a child, a teenager or a school student.
• The rules above apply to photo edits too, and in addition do not ask for, or try to get:
  • nude, undressed or see-through edits, lingerie or underwear, revealing or sexualised swimwear, making anyone look curvier, bustier or sexier, or otherwise sexual or suggestive edits of anyone, or any edit of a photo that shows nudity (ordinary swimwear or beachwear is allowed only for you yourself, on a photo that shows only you and in which you clearly look 21 or older, never for anyone else, and not with body or pose changes of someone in swimwear);
  • face swaps, morphing or deepfakes, or any edit of a photo of a politician, official or other well-known person, or of a photo taken at a podium, rally, press event or office setting (QSI doesn't edit these photos at all);
  • edits that mock, humiliate, threaten, defame or harass a real person, or put them in a fake compromising, criminal or intimate situation, such as apologising, confessing or taking cash or an envelope;
  • fake or changed documents, IDs, certificates, mark sheets, receipts, bills, tickets, payment or chat screenshots, money, stamps or signatures, or edits of photos that show any of these;
  • false proof: adding or removing damage, defects, insects, hair, injuries or dates on food, products, parcels, vehicles, property or people, for example for a refund, a complaint or an insurance claim;
  • news-, CCTV- or evidence-style edits, or real scenes or news events changed to show something that didn't happen;
  • removing or covering watermarks, signatures, date stamps, credits or AI labels;
  • police, army, judicial or other official uniforms, badges or IDs;
  • making someone look like a member of a religion, caste or community, taking off another person's head or face covering (such as a hijab, burqa, ghoonghat or dupatta), or using religious, caste or community dress, symbols or marks to mock, stereotype or demean anyone or any community, or to make a photo look like news or evidence, for example a "terrorist" look or a crowd made to look like one community (respectful religious or community dress may be added).
• QSI checks every photo and instruction, and the edited picture, and may refuse. Refused edits don't count towards your daily limit. Edits stopped by these checks after they were made don't count either, but after 3 of them in a day, photo editing stops until 5:30 AM IST.
• An edited photo is an AI-generated picture: it carries the same label and hidden information, and "Keep the label" below applies. Don't present it as an unedited photo.
• QSI's server doesn't keep your photo (see our Privacy Policy).
• If several of your requests in a day, or many in a month, break these rules, photo editing is paused for your account (for 7 or 30 days). A request involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children pauses or turns off picture making for your account, and may be reported to the police where the law requires it.

Keep the label

• Every picture, including an edited photo, has a small "AI-generated" label in one corner and hidden information in the file with its picture ID. India's IT Rules require them.
• Do not remove, crop out, cover, blur or change the label or the hidden information, and do not pass a picture off as a real photo or as a record of something that really happened.
• When you share a picture, keep the label and make clear that it was made with AI.

Your pictures

• You may use the pictures you make for personal or commercial purposes, within these terms. You are responsible for how you use and share them.
• AI pictures can resemble existing works. We do not promise that a picture is free of other people's rights, or that you can register it as your own.
• QSI does not keep your pictures after your browser collects them, or the photos you add for an edit. Download the ones you want to keep.

If you break these rules

We may, immediately and without notice:

• refuse a request, or stop a picture from being delivered
• pause photo editing or picture making for your account, or turn it off, or suspend or close your account, while keeping the records the law requires
• where the law allows, tell a person harmed by a picture, or someone acting for them, who made it
• report offences to the police or other authorities where the law requires it, for example under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 or the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

Misusing picture making can also lead to penalties or punishment under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986, the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

We keep a record of each picture request for 180 days, as our Privacy Policy explains, so we can deal with complaints and lawful requests. QSI shows these rules before your first picture, and again before your next picture once three months have passed.

Complaints and reports

If a picture made with QSI shows you, harms you or breaks these rules, contact our Grievance Officer, Mr. Mukesh Padole, at grievance@quantumsi.in (subject: "Picture complaint") or +91 85549 98331 (also listed in section 13). Please give the picture's ID if you have it (it starts with QSI-IMG- and is saved in the picture file's details), or describe the picture, and say whether you are the person affected or are acting for them.

You can also use “Report this picture” under a picture in the chat. Our Grievance Officer reviews every report, and you get a report ID (it starts with QSI-REP-) to quote if you write to us.

Complaints and requests to remove content are handled on the timelines in section 12A.

4B. Coder mode and running code

• Coder mode is for logged-in members. Answers in Coder mode are written by AI. Code can be wrong, insecure or out of date, and may resemble existing open-source code. Read and test it before you rely on it or run it on your own computer, and check the licence of any code or package it uses. You are responsible for code you run, publish or deploy.
• The number of code answers your account has each day is shown on our Pricing page, in Coder mode and in your account. A message with big files or a long chat can count as more than one answer; QSI tells you before sending it. A new account made with an e-mail code can use Coder mode after a short wait, and accounts with a temporary e-mail address can’t use it. We may change, pause or stop Coder mode at any time; for any paid plan, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
• The Run button runs code in your browser, on your device, in a sandbox with no access to other websites, and with time and output limits. A program that uses a lot of memory can still slow down or close the browser tab, especially on a phone. It is for examples and learning, not for production use.

What Coder mode won't do. Don't use Coder mode, or try to get code from QSI, for:

• malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, viruses or worms, or code that hides from or switches off antivirus or other security tools
• stealing passwords, OTPs, cookies, login tokens, UPI or card details or other people's data, or phishing pages, fake login screens or fake payment pages
• getting into computers, accounts, apps or networks that you don't own or don't have written permission to test, including working exploits, password cracking and scanning other people's systems
• denial-of-service tools, botnets, spam or bulk-messaging tools, fake accounts or fake reviews, or bots that get around rate limits, CAPTCHAs, logins or bans
• scraping that breaks a website's terms or robots.txt, gets past paywalls or logins, or collects people's personal data (such as phone numbers, email addresses or ID numbers) without a lawful reason
• ticket, tatkal or flash-sale booking bots, or cheats and hacks for online games
• collecting QSI's answers in bulk, or using Coder mode to train or improve other AI models
• anything else that is unlawful in India, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000

Do not try to get around these rules or QSI's checks. If several of your requests are refused in a day, Coder mode pauses for your account until 5:30 AM IST, and we may suspend Coder mode for accounts that misuse it.

Learning and defensive security stay allowed: explaining a vulnerability, secure-coding fixes, practice on deliberately vulnerable labs you run yourself, and scraping public data in a lawful, polite way.

Open-source parts. Some parts of QSI, such as the Python runtime used by the Run button and the zip library used to download projects, are open-source software under their own licences, listed on our Third-party notices page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

Agent mode: a preview for QSI Pro, for a limited time

• What it is. While QSI offers the preview, QSI Pro members can turn on Agent mode in Coder mode and describe a task. Alpha Core then works on the files in that chat by itself, in steps: it reads them, changes them, runs Python and JavaScript in your browser, on your device, in the same sandbox as the Run button (no internet access), and tries again until the task works or a limit is reached. You see each step and every change, and can download the result or undo the task’s changes. Alpha Core can also search the web and read public web pages through QSI’s server (see “Web search and web pages” below); the code you run in the sandbox still has no internet access. You can start a task from a .zip of your project and download the finished project as a .zip.
• Your responsibility. Agent mode is AI. It can be wrong, make changes you didn’t want, or be misled by text in your project’s files. Code it can’t run here (for example code that needs the internet, other packages or a server) is changed without being tested. Review every change before you use, run, publish or deploy it, and keep your own copy of your project. You are responsible for the code you use.
• Limits. During the preview, each QSI Pro member can use up to 20 Agent mode preview answers in each paid month of QSI Pro (up to 5 in the first 7 days of your first paid month) and start up to 3 tasks a day; each task can use at most 8 answers, 30 steps and 30 minutes. How many answers a task uses depends on how much work the AI service does; before a task starts, QSI shows the most it can use. A step counts once QSI has sent it to the AI service, including a step that is cut off, one that times out and the step in progress when you stop a task; a step QSI couldn’t send because the AI service was unavailable doesn’t count. The preview also has a daily limit for everyone: once it is reached, it reopens at 5:30 AM IST.
• Web search and web pages. In Agent mode, QSI’s server can run web searches and read public web pages for Alpha Core (at most 3 searches and 6 page reads a task, with daily and monthly limits). There is no box to tick for each task: when web search and page reading are available to your account, any Agent mode task can use them, and the start sheet tells you so, and what leaves QSI, before you press Start. It reads only pages that are open to everyone, at addresses that came from your task, from a search result or from a link on a page it already read; it doesn’t log in, fill in forms or get past paywalls, it follows each site’s robots.txt, and it introduces itself as “QSI-Agent”. Web pages are written by other people and can be wrong, out of date, protected by copyright or meant to mislead the AI. The AI is told to treat them only as information, and you can see which pages it read and the first words it was given from each, but a page can hide text meant for the AI, so check every change before you use it. You are responsible for checking what it used and for how you use anything it finds, including copyright and the terms of the sites it came from. Searches and page reads use up the task’s answers like any other step. Don’t put passwords, keys, other people’s personal data or confidential code in an Agent mode task: when Alpha Core uses the web, search words and page addresses leave QSI, and they can come from your task and your files. QSI keeps a record of which websites were read (not the pages’ text) for one year, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
• Zip projects. You can start a task from a .zip of your project (up to 5 MB and 300 text files) and download the finished project as a .zip. The zip is opened in your browser, on your device, and QSI doesn’t receive it; only the files Alpha Core needs are sent, like any other project files. QSI hides files whose names suggest secrets and values that look like passwords or keys before anything is sent, but it can’t recognise everything, so don’t add a project that holds passwords, keys or other people’s personal data. Only add projects you have the right to use. Files that hold keys (such as .env) or can run by themselves when a folder is opened (such as .git folders, CI settings, or .command, .lnk and .url files), and folders such as node_modules, are not kept in the new zip: copy them over from your own copy. Check the zip before you run anything in it.
• The preview ends. The Agent mode preview is an extra that QSI Pro members can use for a limited time at no extra cost. It is not one of the things QSI Pro includes under section 5, and it doesn’t change QSI Pro’s price. It ends by itself when QSI Plus or QSI Max goes on sale, and we may change, pause or end it earlier. Unused preview answers don’t carry over to the next month.
• Rules. Everything under “What Coder mode won't do” above applies to Agent mode too; refused tasks count toward the refusals that pause Coder mode and Agent mode for your account until 5:30 AM IST. Don’t put passwords, keys, tokens or other people’s personal data in a project you give Agent mode: QSI hides files whose names suggest secrets and values that look like passwords or keys before anything is sent, but it can’t recognise everything. Agent mode isn’t available in a Temporary chat.
• Your data. What Agent mode sends, where, and what QSI’s server and your browser keep is explained under “Agent mode” in section 2 of our Privacy Policy.

4C. Memory and Temporary chat

• Memory is for logged-in members who are 18 or older, and is off until you turn it on. When it is on, QSI keeps short notes about you in your browser and uses them in later chats, Swarm and live voice. The notes are written by AI from what you tell QSI, so they can be wrong or out of date: check the change shown under each answer and your notes in Settings → Memory, where you can edit or delete them at any time. Your latest message always counts over a note.
• Only save details about other people with their agreement, and never their contact details, ID numbers or health information. Don’t use Memory to store anything unlawful, or instructions meant to change how QSI behaves; QSI may refuse or remove such notes.
• Notes stay in the browser where they were made: they don’t move to your other devices (you can download them and add them there), and they are lost if you clear your browser data. Turning Memory off, deleting all notes or deleting your account makes your notes unreadable in every browser.
• If you tell QSI you are under 18, Memory turns off and its notes are deleted.
• The number of automatic note updates a day is limited, and we may pause, change or stop Memory at any time; your notes then stay in your browser.
• A Temporary chat isn’t saved in your browser and doesn’t use or change Memory. It is still processed by our AI service providers to answer you, and these terms apply to it as to any chat.

4D. Companions

Companions. Companions are AI characters made by QSI. They aren’t people, they can be wrong, and they aren’t doctors, therapists, counsellors, lawyers or financial advisers. Each companion is labelled “AI character” on screen and always says it is an AI when asked.

• Adults in India. Companions are offered to logged-in members in India who are 18 or older. If you tell a companion you’re under 18, or we have reason to think so, companions are switched off for your account; if something you say only suggests it, QSI first asks whether you are 18 or older, and answering No switches companions off (so does a second suggestion by the automatic safety check on the same day, after you answered Yes). This isn’t a penalty, and your other QSI chats work as usual. If this is a mistake, email hello@quantumsi.in from your login email and a person will check it and reply within 3 working days.
• Your consent. Before you first use Companions, QSI shows you what it processes and asks you to agree, and keeps a record of your answer (see our Privacy Policy). You can switch Companions off at any time in Settings → Companions; they stop at once.
• What companions won’t do. No romantic or sexual role-play or content, for anyone. No pretending to be real people. No fake documents or certificates. No help with anything QSI’s other rules forbid. Companions don’t speak for QSI or anyone who works at QSI: they can’t take complaints, approve refunds, change your account or plan, or promise anything on QSI’s behalf. If a companion has to refuse several of your messages in a day because they ask for sexual content, companions are paused for your account for 7 days (30 days if it happens again within 30 days). Requests for sexual content involving children are refused and can switch companions off for your account; QSI may keep such a request, with your account details and the IP address and browser it came from, for a person at QSI to review, and may report it to Indian authorities. If you tell a companion that someone abused or exploited you or a child, now or in the past, it gives helplines and never switches companions off for that. Questions from parents, teachers and students about children’s safety, health or the law, and requests for help to report abuse, are answered.
• If you’re struggling. Companions show helplines, such as Tele‑MANAS on 14416, when someone may be in crisis, and free legal aid (NALSA, 15100) when someone may need help with the police or the law. No one at QSI reads companion chats as they happen. If you tap “Ask QSI to help me” on one of these cards and agree, someone from QSI will contact you about what you asked for (a call back, help reporting to the police or a helpline, or free legal aid); QSI contacts the police or a helpline for you only if you ask. QSI isn’t an emergency service: in an emergency call 112.
• Limits. Companion chats and calls use your daily allowances and, on paid plans, your monthly boost. Companions never change your plan or ask you to pay.
• Changes. We may change a companion’s personality or retire a companion. We’ll tell you in QSI at least 7 days before, except for urgent safety fixes. Your chats stay in your browser.
• Reporting. Use “Report this conversation” or email grievance@quantumsi.in. Our Grievance Officer handles reports on the timelines in section 12A.

5. Pricing, QSI Pro and Payments

QSI is free to use within the daily limits shown on our Pricing page. QSI Pro is an optional paid plan for logged-in members. This section applies when you buy it, together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.

What QSI Pro includes

• Everything in the free member plan, every day, plus a monthly Pro boost and the other Pro features listed on the Pricing page.
• The boost is used only when you go past a free daily limit, past one of QSI’s daily limits for everyone on live voice, pictures or web search, or for a full-length Agent Swarm answer you ask for. It refills on each paid renewal date and does not carry over. Even with boost left, you can use at most the Pro daily limits shown on the Pricing page in a day, and the time limit for a single live-voice call still applies. QSI Pro is never unlimited: the protections that apply to everyone, listed on the Pricing page, apply to Pro too.
• How much of the boost each use takes depends on what it costs us to provide. If our costs change, we may change this; we show the change on the Pricing page at least 7 days before it applies to your next renewal, and it never applies during a month you have already paid for.
• Pro is for your own use with your own account. Don’t share, sell or transfer it.

Price and payment

• QSI Pro costs ₹99 a month, including 18% GST (for a purchase from outside India, see below), unless the Pricing page shows a different price when you buy. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay, with no extra fees.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. You can pay by UPI AutoPay, by card, or by bank mandate (eMandate: an auto-debit from your bank account, usually set up through net banking or a debit card). QSI never sees your card number or UPI PIN, and never stores your card, UPI or bank account details.
• When you buy, you choose your state or union territory (and, for a business invoice, may add your GSTIN with the business’s legal name and address). They go on the GST tax invoice we give you for every payment, which you find in Manage plan.
• Buying from outside India is possible only where the QSI Pro window offers “Outside India”. You pay the same ₹99 a month, charged in Indian rupees, with a card issued outside India (your bank converts it and may charge its own fees), and you give your country and the name and billing address for your invoice. While we have a Letter of Undertaking on file, this is an export of services and your invoice charges no Indian GST; otherwise Indian GST is included in the same price. If you pay with an Indian card, UPI or bank mandate instead, the purchase is not an export and Indian GST is included in the same price. Tell us truthfully whether you are buying from India or from outside India: it decides the tax on your invoice. When you choose “Outside India”, you confirm that you are buying from outside India and that your billing address is outside India.

Auto-renew

• QSI Pro is a subscription that renews automatically every month, on the date of your first payment, until you cancel. By buying it, you authorise Razorpay to charge the price each month to the UPI AutoPay mandate, card or bank mandate (eMandate) you approved when you bought it.
• With UPI AutoPay or a card, your UPI app or bank tells you at least 24 hours before each charge, as the Reserve Bank of India’s rules require. Manage plan in QSI shows the date of your next renewal. There is no extra fee for auto-renew.

Failed renewals

• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay tries again over the next 3 days. Pro stays on for 4 days after the end of the month you paid for while it does, but the boost refills only once a payment succeeds.
• If every try fails, Pro ends and your account returns to the free member limits. You can buy Pro again at any time.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time, with no fee: in QSI (your account, or QSI Pro in the sidebar, then Manage plan → Stop auto-renew), or by cancelling the mandate in your UPI app or with your bank.
• Pro then stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Deleting your QSI account stops auto-renew first, and ends Pro with the account.

Refunds

• Your first QSI Pro payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying (once per person), by email to support@quantumsi.in. Pro then ends straight away.
• Renewals are not refunded for part of a month. Failed, duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded. The details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• If a payment is reversed through your bank (a chargeback), the month it paid for no longer counts, as for a refund.

Changes to QSI Pro

• We may change QSI Pro’s price. A new price never applies to your subscription without your agreement: you would be asked to approve a new mandate, and if you don’t, your subscription stays at its price until you or we cancel it.
• Changes that reduce what QSI Pro includes are shown on the Pricing page at least 7 days before your next renewal, so you can cancel before it.
• We may stop offering QSI Pro. If we stop providing it during a month you have paid for, we refund the unused part of that month.
• Other plans may be offered later. QSI Plus and QSI Max, shown on the Pricing page as coming soon, are not on sale yet. Every plan, including these, is described on the Pricing page before it can be bought.

Misuse

• If we suspend or close your account for breaking these Terms, Pro ends and auto-renew is stopped. Payments for time already used are not refunded, but failed, duplicate or wrong charges always are.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of QSI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using QSI, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data processing is conducted in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials on QSI are the property of Quantum Synthetic Intelligence Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or designs
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our platform

Content generated by QSI agents is provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep QSI available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Daily usage limits being reached
• Force majeure circumstances
• Technical failures beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSI and Quantum Synthetic Intelligence Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QSI at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service immediately ceases
• Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12A. Complaints and takedowns

Where a court of competent jurisdiction, or the Appropriate Government including an agency authorised by it, orders or notifies removal of unlawful content, QSI acts within 3 hours. Where a complaint concerns content that prima facie depicts nudity or a sexual act, or impersonates a person including artificially morphed images or deepfakes, QSI takes all reasonable measures to remove or disable access within 2 hours. Other requests to remove unlawful content are resolved within 36 hours. Every complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days.
