1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QSI ("Quantum Synthetic Intelligence"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QSI (operated by SRPMG), governing your use of our quantum synthetic intelligence platform.

2. Service Description

QSI provides quantum synthetic intelligence services through six specialized AI agents:

• Alpha Core (α) — Advanced quantum state calibration (₹999/month Scientist Mode)
• Beta Mind (β) — Neural pattern synthesis and reasoning (Free)
• Gamma Link (γ) — Entanglement distribution and routing (Free)
• Delta Shield (δ) — Error correction and protection (Free)
• Epsilon Flow (ε) — Coherence optimization (Free)
• Zeta Grid (ζ) — Network topology mapping (Free)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QSI for:

• Any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Generating content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Creating malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spamming, phishing, or social engineering
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the service

Alpha Core Scientist Mode subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of QSI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using QSI, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data processing is conducted in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials on QSI are the property of SRPMG and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or designs
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our platform

Content generated by QSI agents is provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for QSI services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Quantum decoherence events
• Force majeure circumstances
• Technical failures beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSI and SRPMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QSI at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service immediately ceases
• All active subscriptions will be cancelled
• Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
