How paying for Pro will work
Two ways to pay
- Auto-renew with UPI AutoPay: monthly or yearly. You approve the mandate once in your UPI app, and you get a notice at least 24 hours before each renewal charge. You can cancel at any time in your QSI account or in your UPI app.
- Pay once: by card, UPI or net banking for 1 month or 1 year, with no auto-renewal. We remind you before it ends.
Payments will be handled by an RBI-authorised payment gateway. QSI never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, with no cancellation fee. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account simply returns to the free member limits.
Refunds
- 7-day refund on your first payment: if Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of your first Pro payment and we refund it in full.
- After that, renewals are not refunded for part of a period, but you can cancel so the next renewal doesn’t happen.
- Failed, duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
The full refund and cancellation policy and updated terms will be published before Pro launches.

Will QSI stay free?
Yes. Guests and free members keep using QSI at no cost, within the daily limits above.
Do I need Pro for Indian languages?
No. Every plan can chat and talk in English, all 22 scheduled Indian languages and many other languages.
